  • 5
    medium potatoes, peeled
  • ml
    fat-free milk
  • ml
    olive oil
  • 5
    ml
    grainy mustard
  • salt and milled pepper
 

Method

 
Cut potatoes into large chunks and cook in boiling salted water until soft. Drain well. Mash potatoes, adding milk, oil and mustard. Season well and serve immediately. Per portion: 972 kJ; 23,8 g carbohydrate; 2,7 g protein; 14,5 g fat
