    white rice

    ml
    oil
  • 60
    ml
    golden syrup
  • 125
    ml
    unsalted, toasted cashew nuts
  • 15
    ml
    chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 15
    ml
    chopped fresh parsley
 

Method

 
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet. Rinse under cold water and drain. Heat the oil in a pan and stir in the rice. Add the remaining ingredients and stir over medium heat until warmed through. Serve with tomato and fish stew (see recipe).
