    butter

    ml
    mustard seeds
  • 600
    g
    long-grain rice
  • 210
    g
    can corn kernels
 

Method

 
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add mustard seeds and cook for 1 minute. Add rice (cooked with 5 ml (1 tsp) turmeric), and drained corn. Heat through and serve.
