    ml
    Dijon or wholegrain mustard
  • 5
    ml
    dry mustard
  • 45
    ml
    sugar
  • 30
    ml
    white wine vinegar
  • 80
    ml
    oil
  • 45
    ml
    chopped fresh dill
 

Method

 
1. Combine mustards, sugar and vinegar and blend in a food processor. 2. Slowly add the oil while the food processor is running. Stir in the dill. 3. This sauce keeps well in the fridge for at least 1 week.
