Mushrooms marinated in brandy and topped with Amarula cream

  • 100
    g
    mini button mushrooms
  • 125
    ml
    brown sugar
  • 125
    ml
    brandy
  • 65
    ml
    Amarula cream
 

Method

 
Wash mushrooms, drain off the water, dry thoroughly and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Add half the brandy, let it marinate for at least one hour.
In shot glasses put in four marinated mushrooms, 5 ml brown sugar, 50 ml brandy and 50 ml Amarula cream.
Serve immediately.
