Mushroom butter sauce

Ingredients

  • 150
    g
    butter
  • 50
    ml
    cream
  • 250
    g
    fresh button mushrooms, sliced
  • 10
    ml
    fresh tarragon, chopped
  • 5
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 500
    g
    cooked pasta of your choice
 

Method

10 minutes
 
Heat all ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes over medium heat until mushrooms are tender. Season to taste and toss with cooked pasta and serve.
