    hoenderaftrekselpoeier
  • 200
    ml
    water
  • 200
    ml
    melk
  • 250
    ml
    room
  • 1
    ml
    fyn neutmuskaat
  • sout en varsgemaalde swartpeper na smaak
  • 1
    pakkie
    spriet-uie, in klein skywe gesny

Was die murgpampoentjies deeglik. Sny die kante af en sny in groot stukke. Bring die 200ml water saam met die hoenderaftrekselpoeier tot kookpunt en gooi die murgpampoentjies in. Laat kook tot sag .Maak die mengsel fyn in 'n versapper of voedselverwerker. Dit lyk nou soos groen babakos! Verdun met die melk en room en verhit weer. Voeg die neutmuskaat by en geur met sout en peper. As jy van iets bros hou ,gooi die gekapte spriet-uie bo-op.
