Mukusule morogo

Serving Change
  • a variety of wild leaves or greens from bean plant, beetroot or pumpkin
  • water
  • ground nuts
  • salt and pepper to taste


Rinse leaves in water and drain. Place in saucepan and cook until soft. In the meantime make dofhi by simmering ground nuts in water. Mix mukusule into ground nut sauce and simmer gently to combine flavours. Season with salt and pepper.
