    bolo or topside, sliced

    ml
    prepared sweet 'n sour mustard

    curry powder

    ground cumin (jeera)
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 160 ºC (325 ºF). Lightly season the steaks with salt and black pepper. Heat a little oil in a pan and brown the steaks on both sides. Place them in an ovenproof dish, sprinkling coriander between the layers. Blend the remaining ingredients and pour over. Cover and bake for 40 to 60 minutes or until the meat is tender. Serve with brown rice or pearl wheat and vegetables.
