    small butternut, cut into wedges
  • 2
    small sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 5
    baby parsnips, cut in half
  • 5
    baby turnips, cut in half
  • 4
    baby leeks, washed but whole
  • 45
    ml
    sesame oil
  • 30
    ml
    sesame seeds
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
 

Method

 
Preheat oven to 180 °C.
Place all the vegetables in a roasting pan and drizzle with sesame oil.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and season.
Roast for one hour until vegetables are soft.
