Mixed nut puffs

    margarine

    icing sugar

    flour
  • 1
    ml
    salt
  • 10
    ml
    vanilla essence
  • 40

    pecan nuts, chopped
  • 60
    g
    almonds, chopped
  • 20
    g
    unsalted peanuts, chopped
  • 50
    g
    castor or icing sugar, for dusting
 

Method

20 minutes
 
Cream the margarine and icing sugar together until light. Add the remaining ingredients except for the castor sugar and mix well to combine. Roll into small balls and place on a greased baking tray. Bake in a preheated 180 °C oven for 20 minutes, or until golden. Remove from the oven and dust with castor or icing sugar.
