    ml
    mint jelly
  • 375
    ml
    yoghurt
  • 7
    ml
    finely
  • chopped mint
  • pinch paprika
  • 15
    ml
    finely diced cucumber
 

Method

 
Place mint jelly in a bowl and melt over hot water, or microwave on 50 percent power for 1 minute. Add to yoghurt with chopped mint, paprika and diced cucumber. Mix well, cover and chill until needed.
