Millet timbales

  • 250
    ml
    millet (corn rice)
  • 750
    ml
    boiling water
  • 250
    ml
    chicken stock
  • 65
    ml
    chopped parsley
  • 15
    ml
    butter
 

Method

 
Rinse millet. Boil in water for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse in a colander under cold running water. Add chicken stock and simmer for 35 minutes. Toss with parsley and butter. Press into individual moulds or dish up with an ice cream scoop, and serve hot.
