Marinate chicken fillets (cut into long strips) with some ginger garlic masala, cumin seeds, salt, chilli powder.

Marinate according to taste,I like to make it slightly spicy so Im quite generous with the chillies.

Heat some oil and butter in a pan and stir- fry the chicken along with some onions and julliened red peppers.

Add a dash of tomatoe sauce and cook until the chicken is done.

Take 2 wraps or tortillas (I used the Anat wraps avaliable at Pick n Pay).

Spread 1 side with mayo and the other with sweet chillie sauce.

Layer chicken inbetween making sure you dont over fill or it will ooze out.

Add some cheese.

Seal well.

Brush with melted butter and toast on a hot pan/ tawa.

Cut into quaters and serve with chips and some hot dipping suace.
