    pork sausages
  • oil
  • 410
    g
    Mexican-style tomatoes
  • 250
    g
    uncooked macaroni
  • 15
    ml
    hot chutney
  • 15
    ml
    sugar
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

 
Fry the pork sausages in a little oil until brown and cooked. Pour the tomatoes and two cans of boiling water into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the macaroni and boil until soft. Add the chutney and sugar and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the sausages and serve with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serves 6.
