Mediterranean Couscous With Pastrami And Creamy Dressing

    couscous
  • 290
    g
    antipasto vegetables (jarred)
  • 120
    ml
    creamy Greek salad dressing
  • 8
    slices pastrami

1. Immerse the perforated sachet of couscous in boiling water for five minutes. Empty into a bowl and fluff up with a fork.

2. Drain the vegetables, stir into the couscous and season to taste. Mould the couscous by spooning it into a small bowl or ramekin and then turning out onto a serving plate.

3. Serve the couscous accompanied by pastrami and drizzled with salad dressing.
