    Mars Bars (65 g each), cut into pieces

    cream or milk

    sultanas
  • 50

    walnuts, chopped
  • 50

    white milk chocolate, melted
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Spray a 20 cm square ovenproof dish with non-stick spray. Combine the cake flour and castor sugar in a mixing bowl. Grate the butter into the bowl and rub into the flour mixture till well mixed. Press the dough into the prepared dish. Prick the base with a fork and bake for 20-25 minutes or till baked through and pale brown. Slowly melt the butter and Mars Bars in a saucepan. Add the cream or milk. Remove from the heat and add the sultanas and walnuts. Mix well and spread over the crust. Drizzle the melted chocolate on top and chill. Cut into squares and store in the fridge. Makes 25 squares.
