Marinated thin flank steak

    thin flank steak
  • MARINADE
  • 50
    ml
    cooking oil
  • 20
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 100
    ml
    orange juice
  • 1
    small clove garlic
  • 5
    ml
    dried thyme
 

Method

 
Score the meat in diamond shapes on both sides. Mix together the marinade ingredients and marinate the flank for four hours, or overnight. Heat a riffle pan to smoking hot. Dry the steak with paper towel and grill for 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes. Carve the meat at a 45° angle and serve immediately.
