Marinated lamb chops

    white wine
  • 65
    ml
    olive oil
  • 10
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 20
    ml
    sun-dried tomato paste
  • 2
    cloves garlic, crushed
  • 45
    ml
    mixed fresh herbs such as origanum, rosemary, parsley
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 4
    lamb chops
 

Method

 
Blend all the ingredients, except the chops, in a mixing bowl. Arrange the chops in a stainless steel or glass dish and pour over the marinade. Marinate for 4 hours and grill over hot coals until done.
