Marinated artichokes and goat's milk cheese

  • 10
    canned artichoke hearts
  • salt and milled pepper
  • 200
    ml
    olive oil
  • 1
    lemon, juice and grated peel
  • 200
    g
    firm goat's milk cheese or feta cheese, cubed
 

Method

 
Drain artichokes and halve. Place artichokes in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Pour oil over, add lemon juice, grated peel and cheese and refrigerate, covered, overnight.
