Ingredients (12)

45.00 ml oil
500.00 g lamb — cubes
2.00 onion — chopped
2.00 tomatoes — peeled and chopped
75.00 g tomato paste
100.00 g peanut butter
2.00 sweet potato — peeled and quartered
100.00 g okra — trimmed, chopped
1.00 cinnamon — chopped
1.00 red pepper — chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
500.00 ml water

Method:

Heat oil and brown lamb, remove from pot and keep warm. Add onion, sauté until transparent, add all remaining ingredients and stir-fry for about five minutes. Add water, return lamb to pot and simmer covered for 50 to 60 minutes. Serve on rice.
Serves 4-6.
