    raspberry or lemon jelly powder

    boiling water
  • 230
    ml
    vodka
  • 230
    ml
    yoghurt
  • 360
    ml
    cream
  • 1
    lemon (juice only)
  • 1
    orange (juice only)
  • 2
    lemons (zest only)
 

Method

 
In a large bowl, dissolve jelly powder in hot water. Stir in the vodka, then add the yoghurt. Beat the cream until light and fluffy and pour into the bowl. Whisk together. Mix in citrus juices and zest and pour into a serving bowl or individual ramekins. Cover with plastic and refrigerate until set, about 3 to 4 hours. This dessert can be served with fresh fruit if you feel guilty about the cream. Per serving: 1 450 kJ; 24,1 g carbohydrate; 5,3 g protein; 15,7 g fat
