Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Wash
the chicken breasts and pat dry.
Combine the nuts, cheese and
breadcrumbs in a bowl. Dip each
chicken breast in the butter, then
roll it in the nut mixture. Place the
breasts in a small ovenproof dish
and bake for 40-45 minutes or until
golden brown. Serve immediately
with the sauce.
