  • 4 dried apricots
  • 2 full grain rolls
  • 40g Rama Idea!
  • 2 Tsp honey mustard
  • 4 slices smoked chicken


1 Cut the apricots into fine strips
2. Cut the rolls in half, and spread with Rama Idea!
3. Spread the honey mustard over the rolls, and place 2 slices of chicken in each roll
4. Then share the apricots between the two rolls
