Ingredients

  • 400
    g
    commercial liver spread
  • 15
    ml
    finely chopped onion
  • 5
    ml
    wine vinegar
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • finely chopped parsley
  • 15
    ml
    mayonnaise
 

Method

 
Mix all the ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper and a little parsley to taste. Chill until needed. Makes about 375 ml.
