Liquorice ice cream

  • 5
    l
    vanilla ice cream
  • 1
    kg
    liquorice sweets
  • 1/2
    cup
    full cream milk
 

Method

10 mins
 
Soften the ice cream.
Melt the sweets and milk on a double boiler.

Working quickly fold the melted sweets into the ice cream.

Mix until well combined.

Set in a jelly mould and freeze for 24 hours or more.

Decorate with liquorice candy and serve.
