Recipe from: 16 November 2010

Minutes 5 mins
  • 400
    lemon juice
  • 100
    good extra virgin olive oil
  • 1
    crushed garlic
  • Fresh rosemary – leaves removed from stem and chopped finely if you like
  • 200

Combine all of the above ingredients and start tasting – again, your taste buds are not going to be the same as mine.
I would perhaps suggest you mix the lemon juice and  olive oil first and add the other ingredients one by one – to your liking.

Out with your funnel and fill up your salad dressing bottle and this amount will last you for ages. You must keep it refrigerated.

You could also pour this over some nice grilled or braai’d fish or lamb or pork – it’s totally versatile. You could even marinate a baby chicken in this and bang it on the braai or in the oven.
