Chicken wrap with rice and lentils

Ingredients (17)

DRESSING
45 ml soy sauce
60 ml vinegar — rice
30 ml water
10 ml sugar
15 ml garlic and ginger paste
125 ml oil
SALAD
1/2 rotisserie chicken — peri-peri flavour, deboned and skinned, meat pulled apart with a fork
1 packet cooked brown rice with chia seeds
4 spring onion — chopped
20 g fresh coriander — chopped
1 avocado — thinly sliced
1/2 red cabbage, thinly sliced, or a bag of shredded cabbage mix
to serve — to serve
4 tortillas
sesame seeds — toasted
1 avocado
onion — sprouts

Method:

1. Dressing: Mix the ingredients
well.

2. Salad: Mix
the ingredients and pour the dressing over.

3. To serve: Spoon salad into each
tortilla, sprinkle sesame seeds over, add the avocado slices and sprouts and
fold into a wrap.
