Lavender and mint-infused honey

Ingredients

  • 500
    ml
    honey
  • 80
    ml
    chopped fresh mint
  • 2
    sprigs lavender, bruised
 

Method

1. Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat over a low heat for 10 minutes, taking care not to let it boil.

2. Remove from the heat and leave to stand for two hours. Strain, pour into jars and seal until ready to use.
