Lamb chops with wheat salad

    lemon juice

    lamb chops
  • 100
    bulgur wheat
  • 1
    red onion, finely chopped
  • 0.50
    cucumber, diced
  • 4
    tomatoes, diced
  • 50
    freshly chopped mint


20 minutes, plus marinating time
Mix the garlic, 20 ml of the lemon juice and 20 ml of the olive oil.
Pour over the lamb chops and marinate for 15 minutes.
Rinse the bulgur wheat in cold water.
Drain and cover with boiling water. Set aside for 15 to 20 minutes until soft.
Drain excess liquid and stir in the remaining lemon juice, oil and salad ingredients. Season to taste.
Grill the lamb chops on a griddle pan or cook under the grill for two to four minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
Serve with bulgur wheat salad.
