Lamb and corn kebabs

    fresh corn cobs, cut into 2cm rounds
  • 500

    minced lamb
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 5

    (1tsp) ground cumin
  • 5
    ml
    (1tsp) ground coriander
  • 15
    ml
    (1T) soy sauce
  • 10
    ml
    (2tsp) lemon juice
  • 250
    ml
    (1 cup) stale breadcrumbs
  • 30
    ml
    (2T) chopped parsley

Method:
1. Boil, steam or microwave corn until just tender. Drain.

2. Process remaining ingredients until combined.

3. Shape into 16 patties.

4. Thread corn and patties onto skewers. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

5. Braai or grill kebabs until patties are cooked through.
