Ingredients

  • 500
    g
    beef mince
  • 5
    ml
    ground coriander seed
  • 5
    ml
    ground cumin seed
  • 15
    ml
    chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 15
    ml
    chopped fresh coriander leaves or parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • oil for frying
 

Method

 
1. Mix all ingredients except oil together and form into 16 balls. Fry until done in a little oil. 2. Fill pitas with balls and lettuce leaves. It is fun to mix and match the kofta balls with the yakitori balls. Serve in pita breads. Makes 16 balls.
