Kingklip with prawns and honey

  • 300
    g
    kingklip
  • cake flour
  • olive oil
  • seafood spice
  • lemon juice
  • melted butter
  • 4
    prawns, shelled
  • 30
    ml
    honey
  • 30
    ml
    sesame seeds
 

Method

 
Heat the oven grill in advance. Dust the fish with cake flour and drizzle with olive oil. Grill the fish 3 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with the seafood spice and lemon juice and drizzle a little melted butter on top. Grill until golden brown and done. Stir-fry the prawns in a little heated oil until just done, no longer than 1-2 minutes. Add the honey and sesame seeds and spoon on top of the fish. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and rice. Serves 1-2.
