Kingklip with blue cheese topping

    kingklip fillets, skinned

    ml
    lemon juice

    blue cheese, crumbled
  • 16
    fresh sage leaves
 

Method

 
Preheat grill. Brush a grilling pan with oil or spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place kingklip fillets in pan and drizzle lemon juice over. Grill for 7 to 9 minutes (do not turn), then sprinkle each fillet with crumbled cheese and 4 fresh sage leaves. Grill fish for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbling. Serve with sugar snap peas and tomatoes, or with vegetables or a salad of your choice.
