  • 500
    g
    cake flour
  • 10
    g
    instant yeast
  • 250
    ml
    milk
  • 30
    ml
    butter
  • 250
    ml
    coconut milk
  • SAUCE
  • water
  • sugar
  • cinnamon
 

Method

 
Mix together flour and yeast, add lukewarm milk mixed with butter, knead to mix. Gradually add coconut milk, mix until smooth and pliable. Leave in a warm place until double in size. Heat oil and form dough into small balls, deep fry until cooked through. SAUCE: Make a syrup by boiling ingredients together. Dip kaimati into syrup and allow to cool.
