Ingredients (10)

800.00 g hake — fillet, skinned
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
flour — cake
15.00 ml lemon juice
250.00 ml sour cream
50.00 ml milk
250.00 ml breadcrumbs — fresh
15.00 ml curry powder — mild
125.00 ml cheddar cheese — grated
5.00 ml fresh parsley — finely chopped

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC. Spray an ovenproof dish with non-stick spray.
Season the fish with salt and pepper and roll in a little cake flour. Arrange in the prepared dish and sprinkle with the lemon juice. Blend the sour cream and milk and pour over the fish.
Mix the breadcrumbs, curry powder, cheese and parsley. Sprinkle on top and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
