Island-style coconut banana sauce

    lemon juice
  • 15
    ml
    ginger brandy
  • 15
    ml
    prepared curry paste
  • 15
    ml
    brown sugar
  • 15
    ml
    chutney
  • 30
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • 45
    ml
    coconut cream powder
 

Method

 
Mix together all the ingredients except the coconut cream powder. Mix the coconut cream powder with 125 ml warm water. Add to the other ingredients and mix to form a smooth sauce. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with chicken or seafood.
