    ml
    cake flour
  • 5
    ml
    baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • 500
    ml
    milk
  • 3
    eggs, separated
  • 125
    ml
    melted butter
  • 200
    ml
    cinnamon sugar
 

Method

 
Mix cake flour, baking powder and salt with a little cold milk. Bring remaining milk to the boil. Whisk egg yolks and mix with flour mixture into the milk (off the stove). Return to stove and stir over low heat until thick. Remove from the heat, allow to cool slightly, and fold beaten egg whites in. Coat a tablespoon with the melted butter, take spoonfuls of mixture, and place them in a dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and remaining butter.
