    ml
    boiling water
  • 10
    ml
    cocoa powder
  • 10
    ml
    sugar or sweetener equivalent to 10 ml sugar
  • 65
    ml
    low-fat milk
  • 65
    ml
    skimmed milk
  • 2
    ml
    cocoa and sugar mixture

Pour the boiling water into a saucepan and dissolve the cocoa powder and sugar (if using) in it. Heat gently on the stove and add the low-fat milk. When the mixture starts to bubble on top, stir continuously, using a whisk, until it boils, and then pour into a cup or mug. If using sweetener instead of the sugar, add and stir. Froth the skim milk in a milk frother. Pile onto the hot chocolate in the mug. Sprinkle with the cocoa and sugar mixture. Serve, and enjoy!
