Giet 2 liter hoender-aftreksel in 'n kastrol en voeg 15 ml fyn gekapte gemmer by. Bring tot kookpunt en voeg 4 hoenderborsies by, waarvan die vel verwyder is. Laat vir 10-15 minute prut. Verwyder hoender uit aftreksel en vlok die vleis. Voeg sowat 180 g engelhaar-pasta by die sop asook 'n bossie gekapte sprietuie, 250 g sampioene, in skyfies gesny, 250 ml fyn gekapte spinasie, 60 ml sojasous en vars koljanderblare. Bring tot kookpunt en voeg die hoender by. Prut tot pasta gaar is en sit voor.
