    wholewheat flour

    instant yeast

    canola oil
  • 125
    ml
    rolled oats
  • 40

    sesame seeds, toasted in pan
  • 60
    ml
    sunflower seeds
  • 60
    ml
    linseed
  • 30
    ml
    poppy seeds
  • 200
    ml
    buttermilk
  • 400
    ml
    warm water (more or less)
 

Method

 
Place all the ingredients except the buttermilk and water in a large mixing bowl. Add liquids and stir to form a moist dough. Cover with clingwrap and leave in a warm place to rise until doubled in volume. Place in a 2 litre loaf tin, small tins or individual loaf tins. Cover with clingwrap and leave to rise. Bake in oven preheated to 200 ºC for about 40 minutes for large loaves or 20 minutes for small ones.
