Herbed lamb chops

Ingredients

  • 8
    lamb chops
  • TOPPING
  • 45
    ml
    chopped fresh herbs (see tips)
  • 30
    ml
    freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 45
    ml
    olive oil
  • milled pepper
 

Method

Wipe chops with a damp cloth and place on the rack of a roasting pan.

Topping:
Mix ingredients together and brush or spoon over chops.
Grill under a hot grill for 3 to 4 minutes (depending on thickness of chops).
Turn chops, baste with remaining mixture and grill for a further 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve with sautéed potatoes and green beans of salad.
