    sunflower seeds

    sesame seeds

    coconut

    large eggs

    Bulgarian yoghurt or buttermilk

    bicarbonate of soda

    ml
    brown vinegar

    butter or margarine, melted
 

Method

Oven temperature:180° C

1. Place the dry ingredients ? except the bicarbonate of soda ? and the raisins, seeds and coconut in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
2. Beat the eggs, yoghurt or buttermilk, bicarbonate of soda and vinegar. Add the milk mixture to the melted butter and combine well with the dry ingredients.
3. Spoon into three greased 32 x 22 cm baking tins and bak e for an hour in a preheated oven.
4. Turn out onto cooling racks. Leave to cool for at least three hours. Slice into fingers and dry out in the oven at 100° C .
