Ingredients (13)

1.00 bread — whole wheat roll, halved and buttered
5.00 ml mayonnaise
5.00 ml wholegrain mustard
lettuce
3.00 cucumber — slices
3.00 tomatoes — sliced
3.00 avocado — slices
1.00 carrots — grated
4.00 onion — cut into rings
bean sprouts
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
5.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
5.00 ml vinegar — balsamic

Method:

Spread one half of the roll with mayonnaise and mustard.
Arrange the shredded lettuce, cucumber, tomato and avocado slices, carrot, onion rings and bean sprouts in layers on the roll. Season with salt and black pepper.
Finally, sprinkle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Cover the roll with the other half and flatten gently.
Serve immediately.
