Place the potatoes on a baking tray, brush with oil and sprinkle with salt.
Bake in a preheated 180 °C oven until cooked through.
Cut a cross on the top of each potato, push in the sides to open it up and place a blob of butter on top.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and gently cook the chicken fingers, or follow the pack instructions for cooking in a preheated oven.
Cube the chicken and divide among the potatoes.
Layer the ham, pineapple and tomato on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Place under the grill abd heat until melted and nicely browned.
Create your own interesting topping ideas using fish fingers, sausages or anything else you fancy.
Make sure you wash your hands well before you start.
Ask for help when peeling the pineapple.
Be careful not to burn your hands when pushing in the potatoes.
