    whole dried chillies
  • 6
    cloves garlic
  • 45
    ml
    cumin seeds
  • 10
    ml
    ground coriander
  • 15
    ml
    salt
  • olive oil to thin
 

Method

 
Blend all ingredients until smooth and add olive oil to thin to a spreadable paste. Store in a sterilised jar in the fridge.
