    self-;raising flour
  • 150

    boiling water
  • 125
    ml
    oil
  • pinch salt
  • TOPPING

    tomato and onion mix
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 5
    ml
    basil or origanum
  • 200
    g
    ham, diced or sliced
  • 10
    black olives
  • 100
    g
    fresh button mushrooms, sliced
  • 150
    g
    mozzarella cheese, sliced
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Spray a 24 x 33 cm baking sheet with non-stick spray. Mix all the ingredients for the crust and press onto the base of the prepared baking sheet. Heat the tomato and onion mix, reducing it until it thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the basil and spread over the crust. Arrange the remaining topping ingredients on the tomato sauce and bake for 20 minutes or until the crust is done and the cheese has melted. Sprinkle with extra basil or origanum. Serve hot.
