Ham pie

    fresh breadcrumbs

    hot milk
  • 10

    mustard powder
  • 250
    ml
    diced ham
  • 2
    extra-large eggs, beaten
  • 1
    onion, finely grated
  • 100

    Cheddar cheese, grated
  • salt and black pepper to taste
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Spray an ovenproof dish with non-stick spray. Blend the breadcrumbs and milk together. Add the remaining ingredients, except half the Cheddar cheese. Mix well and spoon into the prepared oven dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake for 45 minutes or until the mixture has set and browned. Serve with brussel sprouts (see recipe. Serves 4.
