Cut banana ends off and slice each banana into 3 pieces.
Place popsicle sticks, hard straws as seen in the photo or lolly sticks into bananas a quarter of the way down.
Freeze bananas overnight, standing upright.
Take bananas out of freezer to be used immediately.
If this is for a party, have pre set stations all ready to go for dipping.
Melt white chocolate for a base on the banana.
To melt chocolate, microwave in 15 second intervals mixing to check if thoroughly melted.
Dip banana into chocolate and spread around with the back of a spoon.
Quickly dip the top of the banana into sprinkles or chopped nuts while chocolate is still warm.
Once hardened add a face with smarties or use a toothpick with dark chocolate for a design.
Note you can put the bananas back into the fridge to harden again after decorating.
Use white chocolate as the base but add anything else you want, gummy worms, Oreos, sprinkles, biscuit, candy corn, sweets of any kind should work, just stick it on with chocolate while still warm.
