Sny 4 patats in kwarte en plaas in mikrogolfoond vir 10 minute tot sag. Sny 3 soetrissies in kwarte, plaas op 'n bakplaat met skil na bo en oondrooster tot swart. Trek skil af en sny in repies. Geur 100 ml meel met sout, swartpeper en 5 ml paprika. Sny 300 g Halloumi-kaas in vingergrootte porsies en bedek liggies met meel. Verhit 30 ml olie in 'n pan en braai kaasvingers vir 'n paar minute. Meng soetrissies, patats en kaas bymekaar en sprinkel 50 ml balsamiese asyn bo-oor die slaai.
